How does Online Therapy with Unbroken Circles Therapy Work?

  1. To request a consultation to discuss working together, complete the online form on this page letting me know you’re interested in working with me. If you are looking for therapy, but don’t know that we are a good fit, feel free to complete the form above and I will be in touch with you to help you find support.

  2. If I am offering what you are looking for, I will reach out to you to set up an initial consult via video or phone call. This is time for both of us to ensure we are a good fit, ask and answer any questions, and discuss schedules, fees, and other logistics to the therapeutic process and relationship.

    • If I am not able to offer what you are seeking, I will do my best to offer you several referrals to other therapists via email.

  3. During our initial consultation, you can schedule an intake appointment directly with Unbroken Circles Therapy. If you need more time to think after our consult chat, take your time and get back in touch with me when you’re ready.

  4. Once an intake appointment is scheduled, a secure email will be sent to you with the new client portal and intake paperwork that is to be completed 48 hours prior to the first appointment as well as a link for our secure video / phone call on the HIPAA compliant telehealth platform I use. For more information on this platform, click here.

  5. At the time of our appointment, we will both click or dial into my virtual therapy office.

  6. We will conduct our session and I will take notes on any interventions, recommended resources, or other “homework” that we establish to help you take lessons from therapy into your everyday life.*

  7. At the end of each session, we will discuss goals for future appointments, confirm our next appointment, and discuss any questions you have about how things are going, or any changes you’d like to make to our work together.**

*Intervention notes are available to you upon request 48 hours after sessions are completed.

**I am generally not available to clients between session. Clients are welcome to send emails of topics or updates to discuss during our next appointment, but I do not offer crisis support services at this time. Clients should contact their local crisis hotlines or utilize emergency services as needed. A list of crisis services is provided during the Intake Appointment.

If you desire crisis support from a therapist, I may not be the right therapist for you. Some therapists provide this level of support. I am unable to due to the nature of my schedule. That said, I can help you search for a therapist who offers between-session communication. Additionally, you can search for other therapists on TherapyDen.com and Open Path Collective. .

I am currently offering telehealth and online services only.

Online therapy is easily accessible.

Just get comfortable, turn on your device, put some headphones on, and connect to your wifi.

Many people find benefit from doing therapy from the comfort of their own space rather than the challenges and expenses associated with finding time to attend therapy in-person.

Want to talk?

Let’s chat about what you’re looking for and see if I can help you navigate the waves of life a little less alone.

Book a free 15-20 minute consultation to learn more about therapy, me, and get answers to any questions you have before requesting an official therapy appointment.

If you’ve experienced something and need another human to sit with you and listen to your story, the new thoughts or behaviors you now have afterwards, or the things you miss about yourself or your life from before, that’s therapy.

I offer therapy at a “Pay What You Can” Rate ranging from $100-250/session.

I offer several spots through Open Path Collective at $60/session

All therapy sessions are private/cash pay. I do not accept health insurance as a form of payment., I can provide you with an itemized receipt if you are using HSA funds or seeking reimbursement. See my Rates & Billing page for more information
