As a therapist, I recognize that accessing a diagnosis is the first step in a journey of self discovery that often includes the roller coaster ride of grief, the buzzing of anxiety, imposter syndrome for lunch, and a whole heck of a lot of vulnerability. It can be difficult if you don’t know how to put words to your experiences, struggle with self-doubt about “is this Autism or ADHD or Anxiety or all of the above? or neither?” This network is access to a library of integration support tools.
Brain Recess members will access to future offerings including mental health talks, journal prompts / writing exercises, group events on Zoom, Q&A Live Events - and recordings, and be the first to hear about upcoming mental health support groups including: parent-support groups, friends/family of __ support groups, and topical specific support groups based on member requests. Members will have access to regular Google Form Check-Ins to receive support asynchronously via email.
